1. Who we are

Collective 1x3 LLC DBA Pictozia, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #5229, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA. Questions about your data: contact@pictozia.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account and order: email, name, shipping country, order history, consent choices.
  • Shipping: delivery address and phone number, shared with the printer, the tee workshop and the carrier.
  • Your magazine: the photos, text, names and places you add in the editor.
  • Payment: amount, currency and status. Card details are handled by Whop or Stripe, never by us.
  • Browsing: IP address, page views and in-house analytics events, with no ad pixels and no third-party analytics. Your country is worked out from your IP address with a database installed on our server (DB-IP), with no third-party call.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact page or by email.

3. How we use it

  • To make, review, ship and support your order.
  • To send order updates and reminders about your credit.
  • To let friends and family send you photos, when you invite them.
  • To send news and offers, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • To measure and improve the site, including price tests.
  • To meet accounting and legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. Your photos

Your photos are used only to make your magazine and your tees. They're stored privately (Cloudflare R2), accessed only through signed, temporary links. They're never published, never used in ads or to train models, and only seen by you, the person who reviews your order and the workshops that print it.

File metadata, including GPS location, is removed from originals when we receive them. The location is read once in your browser to suggest a map of where your photos were taken, and is never stored. The place name is then looked up with Photon (komoot), using the coordinates only. If you use background removal, that photo is sent to PhotoRoom for that one task.

5. Photos from friends and family

You can invite people to send you photos through a link or QR code, valid for 30 days and revocable anytime. Contributors give their first name and email; their photos join your library and are handled like yours. They can email us to exercise their rights over their photos and data.

6. Who we share it with

  • Cloudprinter and its partner printers, to print and ship your magazine.
  • Printify and its partner workshops, to print and ship your tees.
  • Whop (France and Belgium), the reseller that collects payment, and Stripe (US), to process payments. They handle payment data under their own policies.
  • Resend, to send emails.
  • Cloudflare (R2 storage) and OVH (server hosting), to run the service.
  • Photon (komoot) for place search and OpenFreeMap for map tiles, only if you add a map; these calls come from our server and only include the place looked up.
  • PhotoRoom, only for photos you choose to cut out.
  • Google (Places), for address suggestions at checkout when that feature is on: what you type in the address field is sent to Google by your browser.
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.

We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

7. California residents

Under the CCPA/CPRA you can ask to know, access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it. Email contact@pictozia.com to make a request; we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

8. How long we keep it

  • Orders, payments and invoices: as long as accounting and tax rules require.
  • Your account: while it's active, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Unpaid projects and their photos: deleted 180 days after the last edit, or after 90 days without a sign-in. Photos uploaded without a project follow the same rule.
  • Paid projects and their photos: kept in your account so you can find your magazine again, until you delete your account or ask us. A project's version history is kept for 90 days.
  • Print files (magazine PDF, tee proofs): deleted one year after delivery.
  • IP address: erased no later than 30 days after the visit or sign-in.
  • Technical and security logs: 365 days.
  • Analytics: visits kept for 13 months, usage events for 395 days, then deleted.

9. Cookies

We use cookies the site needs to work: your session, your language, country and currency, security, your checkout in progress, and your price test group while a test is running. Our analytics are in-house, with a visitor ID kept for up to 13 months, no ad cookies and no third-party trackers. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are excluded from analytics and tests: no analytics cookie is set and no analytics data is recorded.

10. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict its use. Your account lets you export your data and request its deletion; you can also email contact@pictozia.com. Deletion may wait until an order in progress or a refund being processed is complete.

11. Updates

We may update this policy. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
