Shipping and delivery.
Your delivery time starts when you send your magazine to print, not when you buy your credit. Shipping is tracked and included.

Times are estimates in business days, not counting weekends and holidays.
What happens after you send it
- Review. We check every magazine before printing, usually within 1 business day. If something needs fixing, we email you, and the clock restarts when you send it back.
- Tracking. Every package gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. You can also track your order with your PZ number.
- Two packages. If you ordered a tee, it arrives separately from the magazine: tees are made at a garment workshop, magazines at a print shop.
- Phone number. A phone number is required for US deliveries. Carriers only use it if there's a problem.
Got a date in mind?
Anniversary, Valentine's Day, the holidays, Mother's Day: send your magazine to print at least two weeks before the big day. The time you spend making it doesn't count, and your credit stays valid while you work on it.
Where we ship
We ship to the US, France and Belgium. You pick the shipping country when you buy: it sets the currency and the paper we print on. Want to send a magazine somewhere else? Get in touch and we'll let you know when that country opens up.

Once you send it to print, allow 6 to 12 business days: a quick review, a few days to print, then tracked shipping. How long you take to make it is up to you. Have a date in mind? Send it at least two weeks ahead.
Where do you ship?
The US, France and Belgium, with free tracked shipping. More countries later.
Why does the tee ship separately?
Magazines are made at a print shop, tees at a garment workshop. Each does what it does best, so they ship from two places. You'll get two packages and two tracking numbers. Tee delivery: 5 to 9 business days.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery, by replying to your delivery email or through the contact page. We'll reprint it at no cost, no questions asked.
